A family owned enterprise, Shah  was brought into the fray pretty early. His only complaint from that time was the 'Lack of Creativity'. They dealt mainly with granites, Stones and marbles. But as customers got more demanding, Shah found he had both his inspiration and growth asset. 

It was also why he got into retailing ceramic tiles, a large component of his product line today. "We are located in one of the oldest tile market in Mumbai for approximately 40 years and we don't have any branches.
